Description
As soon as you step into the cabin you know this boat has been taken care of. New cushions, upgraded stove, new interior wood, and so on. Look deeper and you see the systems are solid with three batteries, upgraded two speed primary winches, and new stereo.
Grace had a complete pre-purchase survey with a sea trial last fall. Surveyor's conclusions say, " This vessel is in overall good to very good condition for her age. She appears to have been well maintained by a careful owner. She appears structurally very sound. Cosmetically she is good looking. Her systems appear to be well maintained with many upgrades. " Survey shows an engine that started easily from a cold state and ran strong throughout the entire power range. Survey rates her value to between $10,000 and $11,000.
If you are looking for a solid boat for little money, come take a look.
