Buying a cruising yacht

Jim Spiro was a superb partner in our purchase of a 2006 Catalina 387. He made the transaction very easy, with efficient online processes from offer to final closing. He is extremely honest, extremely knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant to work with. In our transaction he helped us purchase a FSBO boat. He facilitated a "relaxed and contented" (his words) transaction. Previously he showed us a number of boats listed with brokers. He educated us about the strengths and weaknesses of each boat we saw together and never pressured us in any way. We regard Jim as a friend. We highly recommend his services.
