The Catalina 30 may well be the most successful 30' cruiser-racer ever made. Since the Catalina 30 went into production in 1974, output has been steady, and thousands have been built.

Good Question is a clean, well-maintained 1982 Catalina 30 with all of the right options for cruising the East Coast and further.

Whether you are planning a day sail, or a cruise to the islands, the Catalina 30 is ready to accommodate. She features a roomy cockpit and comfortable interior with family accommodations. Engine refit in 1994 to a 27 HP Yanmar 3GM.

She is an inexpensive family cruiser that would be a perfect starter boat! She's in great condition and ready to go! .

Accommodations

Dinette layout with V-berth in forward cabin including filler cushion to make into true double berth. The enclosed head is to port with hot and cold water, vanity and sink. The main salon includes a hanging locker and drawers across from head, a starboard settee that can sleep one person, a port side dinette that converts to a double, a nav station that has an electrical panel and room for instruments, lots of ports and overhead hatches. The aft section of the boat has the galley to port and a large quarter berth.

Galley

The U-shaped galley has double stainless steel sinks with upgraded faucet 2016, upgraded soap dispenser 2016, 2-burner propane stove, a generous top loading fridge and lots of room for storage.
