Description

As you read the various boat listings on any website, almost all of them talk about in what wonderful condition the boat is in. It is easy to become jaded as one actually looks at the boats and you realize someone has rose-colored glasses on when writing these listings. That said, Sanguine will blow you away as it is pristine in every way, it really is! The cabin sole glistens, the interior cushions are fresh, the sails are very new, the deck is unblemished, and the woodwork is in excellent shape. You will swear you are on a 10 year old boat. This boat has clearly been loved, and has been professionally maintained. This broker ran a moisture meter over the deck and percussion sounded the deck and found NO delamination, not one bit. The chain-plate caulking has been maintained over the life of the boat, and it shows.

So if you are tired of looking at boats where the conversation starts with an apology, come see this one where no conversation is needed!

Brokers comments

New sails and dodger, cosmetically excellent in every way, solid deck with no delamination, full electronics, and trouble free diesel that has been professionally maintained. This is not a boat that has been owned by a do-it-yourselfer, it is clear it has been maintained with an open check book and it needs nothing. Completely turn key and ready to go. The owner could ask top dollar, but has priced her realistically so she can sell quick and he can get his next boat. Currently located in Westport, CT, but will be moved up to RI in September.
