Description

This 1987 Pearson 39 39-2 is comfortable, spacious, very clean, a wonderful boat to sail, and beautiful to behold!  She is not only beautiful but designed to easily accommodate two couples or a family and is a joy to sail in all conditions. A departure from the original Pearson 39 the owner modified the transom to provide easy access for a swim off the stern, or transition from a dinghy -  easy for all ages.  Maintenance significantly enhanced with new aluminum slotted toe rail to replace the original teak one -  NO maintenance required and added flexibility.

Accommodations

Double V-berth forward, starboard settee converts to a double, double berth in aft stateroom, single berth portside settee, two full heads with showers, 3 hanging lockers, loads of storage, interior teak and teak and holly sole – all exceptional. This design provides occupants with a spacious central living and entertaining area. A large dinette opens to accommodate six comfortably, yet can be left with its two leaves down to afford easy passage forward and aft through the salon. 

Custom transom configuration to include a swim platform is a wonderful addition for climbing aboard from a dinghy or a swim (see detail in photos).
