Description

Seldom does a vessel come along with the combination of absolutely pristine condition coupled with virtually every option available. You will be hard put to tell the difference between this boat and a brand new one with low hours and little use. Then add dark blue hull, bow thruster, generator, air conditioning, dual chart-plotters, radar, in-mast furling mainsail, factory davits and you have a winner. Then factor in a reasonable price and you simply must include this one on your short list. Come and be prepared to be impressed! Seneca has the preferred lead ballast.

Accommodations

Hunter 41's come in two versions, and this is the Deck Salon (which was a $10,000 option in 2006) which gives you more hatches, headroom, larger fixed ports and the polished sole among other things. Two heads, two staterooms, and a communal area between makes for a comfortable layout. The water tanks and holding tank are located under the floor in the middle of the boat which does several things: more storage under the berths and lockers, lower center of gravity for a much 'stiffer' boat, and less weight in the ends lends to a much smoother ride in a seaway. The storage must be seen to be believed. This is a great liveaboard design.

Broker's Comments

The owner of this boat is as meticulous as they come. In the military he learned the importance of keeping mechanical systems properly maintained. Plus the boat has been lightly used due to work demands...hence the sale of the boat. I know virtually every listing talks about how that boat is so above average. This one really is stunning!
